Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition..

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and intimates/swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
